In-Year appeals

The deadline for receipt of in-year appeals will be within 25 days of the date of a letter confirming the decision to refuse an application.  Appeals will take place within 30 school days of receipt.  Parents will be given 10 school days writen notice of the date of their hearing.  Parents should submit any additional information, regarding the appeal, to the panel 7 working days before the date of the hearing (not including the day of dispatch or day of hearing).
